Simon & May's Procrastinatory Blog

These pages originally were supposed to chronicle in excruciating detail how our procrastination would lead to complete and utter disaster on our wedding day. Now, in the wake our of glorious and mostly uneventful union, these pages live on to chronicle our continuing procrastinatory adventures.

Vans Full of Noodles

Day Two: Saturday, December 5: What would you do if you found a van full of noodles?

Traditional Hong Kong Style Breakfast. The irony of this traditional breakfast is the often-quoted (by the Chinese) story of how the secret of noodles and pasta and all great things was stolen from China - only to have it come back in the form of this tasty treat.
Roof tops of Taipei: a view from our SafeHouse.
Biggest difference between Taipei and Hong Kong: Abundance of Scooters. Everywhere.
The Taiwanese have some pretty interesting twists on old favorites - for example, has anyone ever had a strawberry Oreo before?
How about Vanilla and Ritz Crackers?
Dinner #2 in Asia: Jogoya @ Taipei 101. All you can eat Sushi and loads of other stuff. Highly recommended. I don't know why a stock ticker display appears to be running beneath the logo; those Taiwanese are super advanced folks.
Shopping District @ Night near Taipei 101. I guess this business is making a point of being ">ATT" which isn't a very high bar to beat.
